Beginning as an Assistant Mill Operator, I diligently managed routine maintenance tasks and operated various feed mill machines, demonstrating proficiency in adjusting parameters and troubleshooting electrical issues feeds. Advancing to the role of Control Room Operator, I became proficient with different SCADA systems and oversaw the entire production process, ensuring seamless operations from intake to bagging. starting from silo intake, weighing, grinding, mixing, batching, pelleting, extruding, flaking, fat coating, drying, cooling and bagging.In my role as Head Miller-OIC, I assumed complete responsibility for overseeing the entire feed mill operation. This included tasks such as manpower scheduling, report generation, managing inventory of spare parts for feed mill machinery, communicating with suppliers, coordinating with the sales department, and addressing production issues related to quality and safety.
