The primary purpose of this position is to plan, coordinate, and implement a variety of programs related to providing support services to area residents. The incumbent assists tenants with becoming self-sufficient and economically independent by determining the community's needs and providing useful resources and services. Reviews case records to update and monitor client needs.7. Prepares and submits accurate reports regarding program participation, goals, outcomes and other success indicators.8. Administers data entry and manages escrow accounts to ensure participant engagement and financial accuracy.
