During Robin's tenure with CTAT, the organization has experienced significant growth in membership and financial holdings.Robin has contributed to the passage of legislation that supports funding for and access to quality CTE programs statewide, including early college high school models, work-based learning, and public school accountability. She has served on numerous state committees to align CTE programmatic outcomes with post-secondary opportunities and state and regional workforce needs. Planned and produced international customer conferences for IBM in Latin America and Europe and press events, product launches and employee events in North America.

Led briefing center teams in Austin and King of Prussia to increase sales through customized domestic and international briefings, live equipment demonstrations and tours to showcasing applications and product offerings. Established product demonstration certification program for channel partners including curriculum development for self-paced program, final exam and on-going development for course graduates.

Robin began her career in Austin in sales and marketing in the semiconductor industry for Millipore Corporation.
