Responsible for digital & ICT transformation and leadership. Leads a portfolio of programs including digital strategy and policies, innovation (DX Lab, Open Data, API), Digital Excellence Program and heritage collection digitisation, infrastructure & systems, and digital channels (web, mobility).

Established the Digital Excellence Program, a major business transformation initiative at the State Library in digital innovation and excellence. This is a NSW Government program with funding of $72 million over the 10 years to 1) digitise and make widely available the Library's unrivalled collections and 2) renew the Library's ICT infrastructure and business systems to world-class standards.

Led the Digital & ICT sector development programs (ICT Research, Cluster Collaborations, Start-up Entrepreneurs). Designed and implemented the ICT Collaborative Solutions program to foster the development of innovative mobile and cloud solutions through collaboration across industry, government, and research. Prior to this, assisted technology SMEs to develop and execute export strategies as Commercialisation Manager for the Australian Technology Showcase program.

Program and project management roles on various digital businesses. Clients include: - FOXTEL (Broadband, Online, and Mobile platform) - Integral Energy (agile development for quote computation and presentation) - NSW DET (business case for SMART2 options) - NSW Health (executive reporting)

Delivered a 5-year national program to develop and promote the Interactive Entertainment and Digital Media clusters in Singapore. Responsible for ground-breaking digital initiatives including video content on mobile, a 3D visualisation R&D centre, regional online games platforms, and games for learning.

Employee #2 and part of the executive team to secure VC funding. Responsible for developing e-healthcare products, including a broadband television service for clinics and information websites for general public and medical practitioners. Coordinated content localisation for Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore markets.

Responsible for implementing broadband and internet projects under various national ICT programs including: Electronic Commerce Hotbed, Infrastructure for Electronic Identification and Singapore ONE.
