I have established a long track record, both as an entrepreneur as well as employee in my earlier years, in building and implementing companies, business units, start-ups & scale-ups that are characterized by a strongly innovative, sales-oriented character or that want to distinguish themselves within their market. Since 2014 I have been maily active in the IT business - owning my own IT company and currently active as trainer/ entrepeneur and hired by the Ministry of Finance for running a large IT oriented project. I take the lead in commercial, strategic and operational terms, resulting in strong growth. Everything I do is aimed at creating successful organizations, as a trainer, interim director, change & strategy manager, project- or programmanager. My unique social, analytical and commercial skills combined with a healthy approach mentality ensure that organizations get moving. In my opinion, with the right mindset, positive change and success are always possible. I quickly get to the core of challenges and I can bring about change in a short time.I use my social, customer and employee-oriented skills to inspire, motivate and build close-knit teams that go along with - sometimes necessary - changes to create customer excellence, an outperforming organization and achieve ambitious objectives. In my view, the organization, their employees and their customers always form a trinity that must be brought together to excel.I have experience working for DGA companies, governments up to and including multinationals in many types of industries from IT, Telecom, offshore and Industry to pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
