Professional Services are the face of Ivanti and liaise between the customer’s management, IT architects and technical specialists on the one hand and product management, support engineers, software engineers and sales engineers on the other.My activities include tasks such as: post sales, client management, technical implementations and knowledge transfer. As a technical subject matter expert, I will advise Ivanti customers about the entire Ivanti product line including its related technologies. I will drive important architectural designs and implementations according to customers’ needs. Supporting and educating system integrators and Ivanti partners is a very important area for me to focus on. Establishing realistic and achievable strategies beyond technical activities that exceed customer needs is one of my primary goals.
