As a technical subject matter expert, I will advise Ivanti customers about the entire Ivanti product line including its related technologies. I will drive important architectural designs and implementations according to customers’ needs. Supporting and educating system integrators and Ivanti partners is a very important area for me to focus on. Establishing realistic and achievable strategies beyond technical activities that exceed customer needs is one of my primary goals.
