Instruct aquatic fitness classes to music, including cardiovascular, strength and stretching exercises. Also facilitate hydrotherapy fitness classes to assist patrons in aquatic rehabilitation therapy.

Skilled at motivational interviewing and the 5A's approach to encourage patients in SMART goal setting and attainment.
