Managing IT operations of PMKK/DDUGKY centers across Kerala. • Responsible for Systems Installation/Configuration & Upgrading. • Coordinate with IT SPOCS to resolve IT technical issues remotely. • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for support and maintenance activities. • Asset Management and documentation. Maintaining and supporting Bio-Metric attendance devices. (AEBAS) • Ensure network availability for IT lab computers and classrooms. • Monitoring and maintain the online CCTV systems and backups across the centers. • Provide training to employees across multiple departments on network operations including login procedures, permission, security, use of software etc.

Providing remote support for IT Technical issues. • Providing on-site Technical support on server/end user issues. • Monitor and manage the Server infrastructure (Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2) • Configure and manage Virtual infrastructure (Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi). • Implementation and configuration of Managed/Un-managed Endpoint security products. • Configure Firewall and policies (Fortinet) • Patch management and Device control over the network (GFI-Languard, GFI-Endpoint Security etc.) • System level support: - Software & Hardware. • IBM and HP Servers: Rack mounting, Installation, Firmware upgrade etc. • Installation & Configuration of Wireless Access points, Printers etc. • Configuring & Troubleshooting email clients applications, Print Management etc. • Configure & managing Backup (Symantec Back Exec, Netbackup). • Administrative tasks on Active Directory and Exchange servers. • Conduct daily/monthly health checks on the IT infrastructure and generating the reports

Installation, Troubleshooting and Modifications of network equipment. • Configuration of Catalyst Switches and routers. • Providing on-site Technical support • Installation & Up gradation of Microsoft Operating systems • Installation & Configuration of Printer, Wireless Access points. • Configuring & Troubleshooting Email clients

Equipment: ZTE ZXSDR BTS, Radwin& Intracom Microwave Links • BSS Operations & Maintenance: • ZTE BTS Operations & Maintenance • Microwave links, Operation & Maintenance • Integration & Commissioning of new sites for MTS. • Coordination with the cluster leads. • Checking for External alarms & clearing the alarms. • Regular health checks for Base stations. • Commissioning and maintenance of BTS and Microwave links. • Maintain the proper termination of the Equipment, power connection and creation of Alarms. • Preventive Maintenance of Base Station sites • Attending customer complaints & resolving with necessary solutions. • Co-ordination with RF team for Optimization, like changing antenna orientations, down tilting
