• Implement preventative maintenance initiatives through review of static equipment inspection reports, condition monitoring of rotating equipment via vibration or lubrication analysis; and collaborate with Inspection.
• Supervise the overhaul of failed mechanical equipment, create rebuild procedures and hands-on experiences at the workshop, while working with the workshop maintenance personnel.
