I worked closely with the hiring managers to achieve our recruitment goals. I created content to help them achieve this from creating ads, writing job posts, managing email campaigns, etc. I was also responsible for the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing the candidates to the offer stage.

Responsible for entire recruitment process including sourcing, negotiations, meetings with stakeholders and any administration work needed. I have a great ability when it comes to speaking with candidates and I maintain a strong relationship with them and the stakeholders. My goal is always to find the best candidate and ensure all parties involved are happy. I have an insightful eye for talent and I continuously find new ways to improve and grow my skills.

As the Community Manager, I ensure that we deliver great, interesting and informative content across Bannerflow's social channels. I also add some jazz to the posts by sharing just how amazing it is to work at Bannerflow! My agenda isn't to make a sale, but to create awareness about the brand so that we reach businesses who may be in need of assistance when it comes to their display advertising campaign. Our social media allows us to share a story with our audience and engage with them organically. Actively working with over 100 of IBM Tivoli user groups worldwide to ensure they are having annual meetings. I help the leaders of the groups find speakers, meeting locations, agendas, etc.Continually regenerated groups in order to reach a goal of 100% vitality. Work with IBMers, business partners and customers to create new groups in their area.Train new leaders and IBM liaisons on the functionality of the Tivoli community. This includes walking through the steps to update their profile, schedule a meeting, blog, email other group members, etc. Gather reporting metrics after user group meetings to share with IBM in monthly presentations.

As Managing Editor I advise the Editor-in-Chief with story ideas and how they should be written. I also edit the stories before they go to publication. I assist the writers in improving their writing skills; and I help to organise weekly meetings.

I worked as a travel intern where I assisted Editor Lisa Minot and writer Pete Bell. I researched information in order to ensure credibility of a story and to provide readers with the most current and useful facts. I also wrote articles for publication and received a by-line for one of my articles
