As the first Human Resources employee for Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, I developed the Human Resources department. During my time, I developed and implemented policies, procedures, and automations to ensure efficiency and compliance. As part of the Senior Leadership team, I participated in strategic planning across the organization.

I was tasked with the planning, organizing, and implementing all corporate events and large scale meetings including regular board meetings. I have traveled regularly to coordinate large scale meetings, board meetings, company-wide initiatives and represent Peak at recruitment events.o Created In-House Database for executive tracking of corporate metrics. o After being tasked with supply ordering for the company, I created and implemented a supply database. The first year after implementation, I reduced the supply order by 44% over the past year.
