Current1. Led the development and launch of an Engine MRO maintenance solution which helped Ramco win new Engine MRO customers and engage existing ones.2. Helped plan and drive product / market initiatives and innovation for the product across multiple functions.4. Managed product backlog and prioritization, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and customer engagement/satisfaction.5. Led a Product functional team for blueprinting and requirements gathering.6. Helped setup Jira for managing product backlog, planning sprints and tracking development and delivery and Confluence for product documentation.7. Travelled to multiple customer sites (KL, Manila, Madrid, Doha, etc) and aided for quick problem solving and resolution on key pain areas.
