Provide guidance to the team regarding follow up on deduction disputes. Support complex accounts and reconcile variances. Research customer discrepancies and identify issues involving past due invoices. Obtain the necessary support detail for analysis to the Revenue, Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure that credits are matched with the deductions. Analyze account data in excel using pivot tables and Vlookups. Assist with quarterly and annual audit requests as needed.

Monitor and evaluate customer's accounts receivable activity. This includes addressing past due invoices, disputing unauthorized customer deductions and reconciliation of chargeback, rebate and return related credit memos. Communicate problem accounts or issues to management and team for a timely resolution. Assist with cash posting and various audit projects as needed.

Cash applications including lockbox, wire and ACH, chargeback and deduction investigations, account reconciliations, returns discrepancies, pricing issues and collections.Assist with SAP implementation and integration support for the lockbox cash posting. Track issues and report to SAP analysts on the data collected for review and resolution. Record and maintain the monthly cash receivable reports for management.
