Aspen is focused on Amazon Connect cloud contact center deployments and support including CRM integration for customers of all sizes. All services were focused around the Amazon Connect platform which we were one of the original partners supporting installs shortly after its release. The service delivery and support team was based out of western Colorado where most resources were trained from the ground up in house on the platform and contact centers as a whole. Aspen focused on providing a high touch level of support while helping our customers reach their desired outcomes. Our team is made of senior CX consultants, developers and support staff. Business needs are changing at a rapid pace and using our solutions help meet these desired outcomes equal to that pace. Aspen was sold to Key Morse Growth Partners in April of 2021 to help further grow and support the business capacity.

Used factory exhaust gas temperature models to focus on fuel economy and lean burn to stretch pit windows, while still maintaining component tolerances. I'm in charge of ensuring that our US market performance ECU calibrations meet our stringent standards for driveability, power, and reliability. I led development of the VW 2.0TSI engine package for the 2013 SCCA Pirelli World Challenge series and ensured rule compliance while finding that extra edge that allowed the car to run up front consistently, without a single engine failure in the 2013 season.With Summit Point Raceway in our backyard, I've logged hundreds upon hundreds of laps at high speed, with a flawless safety record.
