Chief Information Officer
CurrentResponsible for all infrastructure services, disaster recovery and information security. Leads team in planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of communications services, databases, networks, and DR Systems. Also responsible for global helpdesk, desktop support and web services. Creates technology roadmaps to align technology with mission and business strategy. Implements best practices for infrastructure services. Develops long range IT architecture & strategy for infrastructure and security. Articulates complex information security concepts to senior executives and non-technical employees. Manages a cross functional & organizational group of leaders to achieve strategic vision & operating plan. Organize priorities and/or interface with other staff to ensure work projects are completed accurately within acceptable time limits, prepared appropriately for the targeted audience, easily understood, and represent the highest quality work product. Key internal relationships include legal, audit, finance as well as engagement with technology partners
