About Robin Samolinski
Currently, I am the Service Manager for Mobile Communications America and responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of public safety radio networks supporting hundreds of customers throughout the Western North Carolina region. Formally, as a Lean Leader at Swagelok, I applied my 22 years of military experience and my MA in Management and Leadership to improve the efficiency and quality of the manufacturing processes. I worked with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and implement best practices. During my military career, I became specialized in Counter-unmanned Aerial Systems and Spectrum Operations Warfare, and served overseas in Iraq, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
