As an executive closer at All American Title Company I gather and research all relevant papers, figures and documents to make sure that contracts follow all requirements. I accomplish this by checking for any objections or encumbrances on the title and order the property documentation before the closing date. I also have to ensure that the monetary amounts are accurate to satisfy Mortgages, taxes and judgments.My favorite aspect of being a closer is that I get to help people achieve their dream of buying a house. I enjoy working with new home buyers because I love seeing how happy they are when they finally get to hold the keys of their new home.
