This position provides primary staff leadership and overall coordination for analysis, planning, action and evaluation under United Way of Greater Stark County (UWGSC) Impact area of Financial Stability. The position motivates and supports a team of volunteers to work towards UWGSCs' Community Agenda and then oversees and manages the investment of UWGSC resources of time, talents and money for measurable outcomes in the community and in community programs. Strategic Planning; research/analysis of complex human care issues, community networking/organizing, public policy advocacy, project management and group facilitation. Key resource to the community on issues, facts, services and gaps surrounding the Economic Stability area. .

We provided Representative Payeeship services for Individual adults in Stark County; contracted with Cuyahoga County Mental Health Board for a replicated payeeship services called Friendship Payee Services for the Cuyahoga Co. area. I was a consultant with the Social Security Admin for best practice services, and lead conferences for establishing a payeeship services at your business. I developed curriculum called "Stop the Madness, a Paradigm for Success"

I worked as a Teller, Foreign Currency, Vault and Collections. This was my first fulltime job out of high school. Central Trust in Canton Ohio is no longer in existance. I learned several things about the finance world.
