• Led the growth and development of Eastleigh Youth & Community Trust in delivering services to children, young people, families, people with disabilities, older people, and the local community.• Managed a £0.75 million project to build a community centre annexe, working with a variety of grant- making, government and community stakeholders.• Delivered a strategy of proactive systemic change to develop new initiatives managing and leading major flagship projects across the ‘4all’ brand which support more than 5000 people to thrive every year.• Managed an expansion of charitable activities which were then spun out into a trading subsidiary which generated a surplus in the first year and now represents 25% of annual income.• Published ground-breaking community-based action research on issues of inclusion and participation for children and young people with disabilities and their families, formally presenting the research to policymakers at Whitehall and the National Council for Voluntary Organisations annual conference.• Implemented the rapid transformation of services during the Covid-19 Pandemic including the launch of digital and delivery services that have supported more than 2500 people this year.• Developed an income and services model that balances sustainable revenue generation against the community ethos and vision of the Charity.• Successfully applied for more than £200k of grant funding since the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic, ensuring the survival of the charity and the continuation of community services.• Developed and managed the Lunch Club on Wheels Project which has delivered more than 2500 meals to individuals and families in need since the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

• Supported the charity to achieve goals through research, raising awareness, building partnerships and strategy through the development of the business plan.• Recommended a reform of organisational culture and reviewed and developed policies and procedures that enhanced LGBTQ+, Disability and Inclusive practice within the organisation.

Advised the Trustees of BBC Children In Need on grant applications from organisations working to helpdisadvantaged children and young people in the UK.

• Transformed the charity’s new base at Pavilion on the Park from a hire facility with three staff to a thrivingcommunity hub with fifteen employed staff, 70 volunteers, a community cafe, and five in-house projects.• Successfully bid for £100k in equipment from the County Council for the first inclusive cycling project in Hampshire supporting 500 children, young people and adults with disabilities to participate annually.• Developed the Hampshire Gateway (previously SchoolGate) information resource for children and young people with disabilities. Commissioned by Hampshire County Council (print distribution of 10,000; 1000+ weekly web searches).• Developed the Activity Buddy Scheme to increase participation in sport, leisure and recreational activities. Commissioned by Hampshire County Council to develop and implement the project at twenty leisure and recreational sites across the County.

• Led the rescue of Winchester-based youth work charity StreetReach from financial collapse, successfully securing immediate financial security for 3 years, and a sustainable strategy for the future.• Led the strategic growth and development of StreetReach building relationships with young people primarily through detached youth work, and providing support, advice, and opportunities.

• Developed the reach of the charity to engage more young people through youth camps, girls’ activities, drug and alcohol awareness programmes, and workshops.
