Interim Site Operations Manager● Job Description and Responsibilities: ○ Manage 45 officers and 5 Supervisors to successfully run security operations daily○ Invoice and payroll for the client and Securitas○ Scorecard/Error Free Performance documentation○ Meeting with client once a month to discuss Scorecard and Security team ○ Preparing the POP report every Monday for National Accounts○ Attended weekly conference calls with the National Account Manager, Regional ○ Scheduling○ Counseling and coaching of Supervisors and Officers- Security Supervisor● Job Description and Responsibilities: ○ Protect property and control access ○ Manage 30 officers, train and develop them and work with the Site Manager to fix ○ SSAE 16 User Audit Compliance○ Mobile Vehicle Patrol- Security Officer● Job Description and Responsibilities: ○ CCTV patrols○ Working with access control systems and Oracle systems○ Customer service○ Monitor fire panel, weather alert systems and variety of other alarms○ Reports to technicians if anything malfunctions○ Perform escorts○ Variety of other temporary assignments○ Physical patrolperformanceAccount Manager and other site managers across the countrySecurity issues

Protect the traveling public by preventing any deadly or dangerous objects frombeing transported onto an aircraft. ○ Assist in conducting screening of passengers, baggage ○ Maintain close communication with supervisors regarding any issues that might reveal a weakness or vulnerable area of security screening that is discovered in the course of screening duties. ○ Participates in information briefings concerning security-sensitive or classified information. ○ Assist in monitoring the flow of passengers through the screening checkpoint to facilitate the orderly and efficient processing of passengers
