Technical Sales Support, SAP, KTOC, API.KONE Elevator India Pvt Ltd Chennai, IndiaSales support during tender phase:- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable/available product offerings.- Do technical study and validate whether selected product fulfills customer expectations and confirm the offering to sales. - If any special solution/materials involved, collaborating with product specialist and external suppliers (if needed) to ensure the offering- Prepares quotation and submit to sales with detailed scope of works for their tender submission. - Supporting sales to understand the product offerings, benefits and scopes, that would help on customer meetings. Technical support during order phase- Checks Pre and Post site survey details and ensures the needed inputs. - For challenging projects, provides On-site survey supports (if needed).- Collaborates with Engineering, customer service, material management teams to ensure the material deliveries at scheduled timeline.- If any clarifications/issues raised by installation teams, supporting them on materials and feedbacks to continue the installation.
