1971年12月出生，1991年至1995年就读于电子科技大学，分别专修和副修科技外语和计算机科学专业，1995年进入南京伯乐电器集团公司，1997年进入联想集团系统集成公司，其间先后参与并负责了上海农村商业银行、建总行新一代柜面业务系统的项目实施。2000年转入神州数码金融事业部，参与和负责北京农商行的新一代核心系统的项目实施，2002年转入神州数码金融咨询顾问团队，为多家商业银行提供了金融各类解决方案，覆盖了银行的前、中后台业务和MIS系统；2003年通过与国外的SystemAccess公司和全球Oracle公司合作在业内首次采用国外核心业务产品和风险管理系统，应用于国家开发银行，先后担任项目技术经理和项目本地化经理。2005年加入澳大利亚FNS公司，就任资深业务分析师，先后参与华夏银行、中行、广东农信等多家银行的核心系统实施， 2005年10月FNS成为TCS和TATA集团的全资子公司，2010年在TCS印度班加罗尔参与了全球德意志银行的企业银行与私人银行的全球化开发工作。目前任TCS-FS中国金融业务资深咨询顾问。
