At the outset, I created a Charter of Behaviours to set common goals and help better teamwork. I devised and orchestrated plans to produce two guides. This included establishing a Review Group for the spillway examination guidance and motivating 14 inspecting engineers to form a Working Group for the other guide. Mindful of the voluntary and remote-working approach, I formulated a special and supportive schedule for the Working Group and introduced an online collaboration platform. This resulted in no delays in the scheduleTo create the spillway examination guidance, I completed a literature review and secured voluntary contributions from subject matter experts in access, monitoring, structural investigations and unpiloted aerial vehicles (UAVs). I learnt a lot about digital publishing for GOV.UK and complying with accessibility regulations. Show less
