My other strengths are being an instigator, learner, organiser, problem solver and a networker.Some highlights in my +20 year career are:- lead author of CIWEM's advice note on sustainable lifestyles- co-authoring behaviour-changing guidance to avoid failure of UK reservoir spillways - producing a Habitat Regulations Stage 3 assessment that withstood planning scrutiny- inspiring change whilst Chairperson of CIWEM East Anglia branch 2014-2016- awarded a Distinction in ITEC Holistic Massage DiplomaI have worked for two international consultancies: Binnies (formerly Black & Veatch) and Royal HaskoningDHV. This included long term secondments to the Environment Agency (three times) and with Horizon Nuclear Power. My experience covers low carbon living, flood risk management, reservoir safety, stakeholder engagement and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (nuclear, airports and flood alleviation). Some of this has been leading Research and Development projects.
