• Led full website redesign and migration to new content management system (CMS), including updated information architecture, mobile-first design and enhanced user experience. Site has seen consistent year-over-year.
• Use analytics and visitor monitoring to further enhance site and update/develop new content, including a biweekly health and wellness blog.
• Implemented processes to consistently monitor and respond to online reviews and comments in social media.
• Manage marketing automation/email and nurturing campaigns that exceed industry benchmarking for open and click-through rates.

Set up a systematic process of customer touches to reinforce the value of membership and certification, which positively affected member retention rates and produced 102-103% of budgeted renewal dues. Collaborated with other departments to profile most valuable customers and those at highest risk of dropping membership.

As an integral part of the leadership team that turned around the division from a $3 million loss to beating the budget by $2.5 million, directed all marketing and public relations efforts. Was instrumental in building and expanding a pediatric palliative care program in concert with The Children’s Hospital, including a successful application for grant.

Developed and implemented tactics to build volume for Porter Laser Center; prepared market-wide strategic marketing plans for Cardiology, Oncology and Women’s Services; and produced materials for a variety of programs and events at Porter and Littleton Adventist Hospitals.
