Solutions to be provided by the use of OnBase or ViewPoint software.• Helping the PMO with support on their Clarizen Project Management Software. • Managed the implementation of their Customer Portal rewrite program. Improved the design of their infrastructure, taking over the support from the 3rd Party vendor. This was a $700,000 effort.• Managed the implementation of Universals Pont of Sale (POS) system at one of Oldcastlematerial Group's (OMG) supply locations. To be used for a total of 5 locations once the first one is finished and working properly. A cost of $200,000 for equipment, internal and external labor.• Managed five work streams in their internal developed quoting system. The program is called Quote to Cash. Had to work within the constraints of the set budget parameters and make do with resource constraints and capacity planning requirements throughout the year. Were able to satisfy the customer with our various upgrades to the current system to the point they had less waiting to make a quote. Ease of use was the goal for our users. From there rewrote the Silverlight version and converted to HTML5 version. Other work streams were to add new features and functionality. Syncing data between the quoting system and the POS systems. Adding haul rates calculated without manual intervention, changing reporting, and adding tax rate functions. My role was to scrum master the stand-up meetings, used TFS to manage the work load, and Clarizen PM software to manage the overall project. Total budget $580,000.
