Management of 714 unit community in Tacoma, WA

• Oversight and Management of new construction bond properties. Worked closely with all aspects of construction from ground breaking to property completions including final occupancy certifications. Insured compliance with government regulation for Bond properties. Compliance monitoring for tenant certifications.

• Management of 13 buildings including 4 HUD assisted properties, 7 single-family homes, 2 SHP programs and a supported living facility, all for critically mental ill adults. Programs included PRAC contracts, HAP contracts, Section 811 for persons with disabilities and section 202 for the elderly.• Oversight of on site staff(s), advertising, marketing, preventive maintenance program.• Designated contact for all HUD relations. Responsible for REAC inspections, management and occupancy reviews, owners certification of continued compliance, certification and recertification compliance monitoring, affirmative fair housing marketing plan, annual financial audits and reviews. Responsible for all reporting to The Washington State Housing Finance Commission.• Acquired other housing through various Government Grants receiving number one priority in Pierce County for my Homeless Housing Grant. • Completed two million-dollar assisted living facility renovations under strict local, state and federal guidelines.
