Supporting businesses and their owners is the theme of my career. I started as a business analyst, helping improve processes and services. That led to a start up where I was President of SQL*Systems, an IT consulting firm prior to founding RMS and Company, a merger and acquisition firm that offers guidance on valuing and selling businesses. Our specialty is matching buyers and sellers and getting businesses sold. I find working with business owners to be highly rewarding.I became a Vistage Chair in 2006 as another avenue to collaborate with executives and help them be more successful. As a business owner, I understand the challenges that executives face and ask the questions others don’t. I help them confront the challenges they face and find real-life solutions that enable them to make progress toward their goals. In virtually every case, the result is dramatic growth.
