1. General management on the investment, business development:- Deploying & monitoring investment plan, business development plan, ensuring feasible investment projects comply with the strategic development plan, guideline of the Company;- Management of existing projects, assets, monitoring and resolving all the matters relating to project legal, financing, investment capital, construction progress;- Manage the development progress of each projects;- Analyze the legal risks, financing risks, prevent and minimize all the risks that may occur for the projects;2. Source and evaluate the feasible project (Buying the new project activities):- Sourcing and evaluating the potential feasible projects;- Manage all the works such as Due Diligence, review the project legal, build the detail cash flow, loan arrangement, equity arangement for the projects;- Report to the Management Board for making the investment decision, discussing, negotiating the contract, monitoring the signed contract and the executiion of the contract;3.
