As a Solution Consultant at Körber Supply Chain, I lead the technical delivery of software projects from the requirements gathering and design stage, through to implementation and early life support. In collaboration with other team members, I perform quality assurance on the solutions, provide user acceptance testing support, and train end users. Primarily, this is using our middleware, connector, execution and reporting solutions, most of which integrate to customers’ warehouse management systems.Key accountabilities included within the process of leading the technical delivery, implementation and training of our voice solutions are:• Business process analysis and requirements gathering.• Leading of technical project meetings (including solution design playback, and solution demonstrations).• Creation of high quality documentation for our solutions (e.g. Solution Design, Development Control, Cutover Plan, Training Plan, Site Visit Review, and Software Guides).• Software deployment and configuration of solutions on both internal and customer networks.• Creation of virtual and physical test environments.• Creation and execution of testing scripts for voice solutions, both at Körber Supply Chain and at our customer sites.• Liaising with our customer representatives at all levels, providing technical and relational support.• Working collaboratively with other software providers during the design and implementation of solutions.• Liaising with Körber Supply Chain colleagues, from all teams, including international colleagues.• Mentoring other Solutions and Delivery Team colleagues.• Working collaboratively with internal technical and project colleagues.• Voice application development (using legacy Task builder design tool).

Description of roleAs a Solution Consultant at Voiteq, I will lead the technical delivery of projects from conception and design, to go-live and completion. I will also perform QA on the system, and train users. Primarily, this will be using our middleware solutions which integrate to customers’ WMS systems.Main duties include• Performing detailed system design for new and existing voice solutions.• Leading the technical delivery, implementation and training of our voice solutions.• Leading technical project meetings (including solution design playback, and solution demonstrations).• Creation of high quality documentation for our voice solutions (e.g. Solution Design, Development Control, Cutover Plan, Training Plan, Site Visit Review, and Software Guides).• Creation of new and updating of existing Vocollect voice applications (using Task builder).• Creation of testing environments.• Creation and execution of testing scripts for voice solutions, both at Voiteq and at our customer sites.• Installing software solutions on test / live servers at our customer sites.• Liaising with our customer representatives at all levels, providing technical and relational support.• Working collaboratively with other software providers during the design and implementation of voice solutions.• Liaising with all Voiteq colleagues, from all departments, including international colleagues.• Mentoring other Solutions Team colleagues.• Working collaboratively with internal technical and project colleagues.
