As Senior Expert, provide consultation to community and correctional healthcare systems implementing innovative and progressive reforms. Areas of expertise include justice architecture, correctional healthcare, deflection and diversionary programs, and linkages between correctional and community systems of care. As Eastern Region Vice President, responsible for project management and facilitation, including interfacing with specific teams of hand-picked experts, government representatives, and industry partners committed to ending the criminalization of behavioral health crises. Mass incarceration is a public health crisis, and we are working at the intersection of public health and public safety to find effective and efficient solutions.

Provide reliable, objective, and scientifically sound opinions for matters before civil and criminal Courts, and/or in consultation with attorneys. Practice specializes in consulting and expert witness services, with particular focus on forensic evaluation of vulnerable or underserved populations. Expertise includes: questions of competency/capacity (juvenile and adult); Risk Assessment; Mental State at the Time of the alleged Offense (MSO); Mitigation at Sentencing; Amenability or Reverse Amenability; Child Custody Evaluation; Personal Injury; and Workman's Compensation.

Provided clinical supervision and consultation to a team of psychologists, post-doctoral fellows, interns, and mental health clinicians operating throughout Connections' contracts with the State of Delaware, including community and correctional projects. As statewide director, managed mental health for the Delaware Department of Correction through a contract with Connections CSP. Duties as Vice President included overseeing all administrative facets of healthcare delivery in 11 maximum and minimum security facilities.
