Robin Toft is an Impact Investor and the Author of WE CAN, The Executive Women’s Guide to Career Advancement and Ignite Your Board Career: Board IQ Playbook. In 2020, she co-founded We Can Rise, Inc. to inspire career women to confidently reach their potential, working with men to build more impactful companies worldwide. To help improve the prospects of female executives, Robin mentors executive women as they strive to follow their purpose and create value in their businesses. Prior to founding We Can Rise, Robin founded Toft Group in 2010, a life science search firm with 10 Mio in revenue which was acquired by ZRG Partners in 2019. At ZRG Partners, Robin's specialization remains placing diverse (by age, gender, and race) C-level executives, and board directors. Robin works at the intersection of biotech, precision medicine, and healthcare high tech, with a focus on commercial stage rapidly growing companies. She has a passion for start-ups and routinely assists VC-backed and entrepreneurial early to mid-stage companies to build leadership teams. Prior to founding a search firm, Robin served as SVP Commercial Operations for Roche in the San Francisco Bay area. Robin is also a board director and serves as Chairman of the Board of American Cancer Society’s CEOs against cancer, is Board Director of T2 Biosystems in Boston, Curebound, and We Can Rise to accelerate advancement of women worldwide.
