I am an influential and strategic business leader, CEO, and board member with 25+ years of experience driving organizational performance and growth, with specific focus on corporate, nonprofit, energy, and finance and venture capital sectors. Over the last three decades I have helped to lead organizations, divisions, and a Fortune 1000 company through major initiatives, crises, and transformations while working for or partnering with Portland General Electric (PGE), Merrill Lynch, the Oregon State Bar, and the M.J. Charitable Trust among others. I have broad strengths in executive leadership, corporate governance, law, organizational strategy, crisis and risk management, business development, capital funding - as well as ESG and sustainability, DEI, public speaking, and advocacy. Presently, I run an executive coaching and leadership development consultancy and advisory firm, Olive Hill Global Advisors, which has a focus on removing barriers to promotion of women, people of color and marginalized populations into leadership positions. I thrive when leading mission-driven entrepreneurial-minded organizations that are open to change.
