Disseminated official hurricane warnings, Condition of Readiness recommendations, SORTIE recommendations, and tailored decision support for the unique assets, concerns, and decision thresholds of each individual command.- Provided Optimal Track Ship Routing (OTSR) services (for 70-110 ships/day) upon request, or for ANY ship observed to be approaching safe operating limits or at risk of severe weather.

As XO (1993-1994) was 2nd in command of an operational facility in Brunswick, ME performing acoustic support and flight forecasting for air and base operations. Managed all administrative, budgetary, manpower, payroll and security functions for this facility, as well as subordinate operational detachments in IN, IL, PA, VA, MA, NJ & CT.As OIC (1995-1996), managed all METOC operations at Brunswick, and a subordinate activity in New London, CT., including flight forecasting, acoustic, and general Meteorology and Oceanographic support. Reported to the CO, NAS Brunswick and the Commodore, Patrol Wing FIVE for additional duties in support of Base operations and Maritime Patrol operations.

Facilitated medical calls (ship's doctor) to remote island villagers, and conducted medical evacuations by boat of ill crew members.Oversaw shipyard work in Subic Bay, RP. Her team repaired and rebuilt several small boats. Temporarily oversaw Navy-related work on the USNS HARKNESS while in dry dock in Yokohama, Japan.
