CurrentAll administrative tasks regarding arranging client's travel after they book their personalized trip to 20+ countries in African, the Middle Eastern and Southeast Europe- Local agents: daily contact with approx. 20 local agents (in English), improving and streamlining processes, checking invoices and itineraries, processing monthly invoices- Clients: creating travel documents, creating and processing invoices, customer service before traveling, solving issues and complaints during and after travelling- Systems: using 3 different customer relationship management systems, booking and processing flights in Amadeus system, testing of company-wide new crm system
