• First point of contact for over 1700 users; performing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support tasks on a variety of Windows based systems and software. • Completed a full ‘stable base’ rollout of Windows 7 to all client devices, followed by rollouts of Windows 8 and 10. • Improved customer satisfaction and productivity through the creation of base specifications and rolling upgrade plans. • Created boot images and variable based task sequences for deployment of desktop and server operating systems through SCCM (2008/2012). • Installed and configured SolarWinds for proactive monitoring and alerts of all estate infrastructure.
