Providing Dedicated Transportation solutions for the Western US. Responsibilies include:• Review, analyze and oversee large dedicated accounts. Responsible for sales, operations, equipment utilization, cost center reporting and cost analysis, profit and loss, budgeting, engineering of new start-up operations, meet customers’ ever-changing business needs, operational audits, specific customer reporting, and synergies/asset sharing with other Scully accounts.• Collaborate with customers, safety, billing, and maintenance departments on a daily basis. Report to President and VP of Operations. Assist Directors of Northern and Southern Region operations, as well as on-site managers and service administrators.• Spearhead dedicated sales effort attaining credit worthy dedicated account opportunities, creating Profit and Loss statement for the potential account, presenting the operating model internally and to potential clients, and contracting the dedicated account.

Phoenix Division:* Managed day-to-day operations of largest Fleming division, a 1 million square foot main facility, with 4 satellite facilities and sales in excess of 1 billion dollars with an operating budget in excess of 48 million dollars. * Over 20 years of sales and profit and loss responsibility with an uninterrupted record of consistently achieving goals in an extremely competitive marketplace.* Leadership direction that resulted in successful management development for succession planning, effective associate relationship that have resulted in improved operating results and associates individual commitment for success.* Lead negotiator in union labor strategies and negotiations. Achieved the necessary major changes in contracts, resulting in improved financial results and associates acceptance to necessary changes. The Phoenix division was a combination of union and non-union outsourced 3rd party arrangements.
