- Define and execute a global music strategy for Deezer.- Optimise playlist offer at Deezer together with global genre editors team in conjunction with local markets to drive user engagement and brand guidelines.-Lead on Original music projects conceptualisation, working closely with Artist Relations & cross functional teams to optimise execution and amplification.-Define content packaging to optimise user engagement and elevate artistic direction of genres & moods.

- Define and implement the editorial strategy of Deezer in Europe, Africa and Asia.- Manage a local decentralised team of music editors and artist marketing managers.- Piloting the development of playlisting strategy and create a user driven offer.- Work with artist marketing teams to develop and implement a successful artist marketing strategy.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all major and independent music labels and publishers in the regions.

Define global content strategies for Dance & Electronic genres, enhance user-experience and explore new opportunities. 
- Define global playlist pool and strategy based on research and analyses. - Analyse streaming data and user behaviour within the platform.- Initiate partnerships to strengthen the position of Deezer for a specific target-audience or genre-industry.- Research of Dance & Electronic content catalog and its evolution within the platform and regularly enrich it. - Collaborate with the acquisition team on content acquisition orientation. - Monitor and work on the Dance & Electronic music catalog indexation and 
metadata improvement (artist pages, albums, playlists, genres listing...). - Provide target-audience with any relevant Dance & Electronic music and non music content: artist playlists, content from acknowledged specialists, products from the Deezer’s artist marketing team, written articles, partnerships content.- Collaborate with the design and copywriting team in order to market content the most appealing way for target-audience. - Coordinate with local editors to enhance the genre’s local experience.

- Create and optimise a playlist pool to improve the user experience on a local level.- Develop unique content in collaboration with local labels, managers and other external partners to expand the reach of the platform.- Copywriting and creating visual assets for the local social media channels.

www.magneetfestival.nl- Yearly three-day 2500 capacity festival in Amsterdam.- Booking and budgeting the main stage and coordinate 2 talent stages.- Coordinate and budgeting other cultural bookings as theatre, exhibitions and interactive activities.

- Booking 7 club nights a week for a 800 capacity club located in the centre of Amsterdam, in collaboration with several well-known (Inter)national external partners / promoters.- Set up creative and financial goals for the club in order to achieve a greater cultural value for the local clubscene.- Booking Sugarfactory’s Amsterdam Dance Event program, consisting out of live-shows, club events and panels. Including developing and budgeting an out of home and online marketing campaign and coordinate its execution.- Develop and coordinate new publicity and marketing strategies for club events & specials like Amsterdam Dance Event and coordinate its execution.
