I led the development of a long-term revenue strategy for a new line of business, implemented and managed vendors and tools to support key infrastructure, finance, and revenue processes, and led research entry and compliance in new international.

Blip was a platform for video creators to monetize their work and build audiences. I managed the marketing, audience development, and revenue operations teams, supported strategic corporate partnerships, and oversaw business intelligence and analysis for the CEO and board.

My team managed all business and technical aspects of the revenue function - managing sales materials, rate cards, inventory management and forecasting, and technical requirements for delivering campaigns.

appssavvy was a marketplace where app creators were able to monetize their work. I led the ops and services team which delivered brand campaigns, executing $35M in campaigns across 30+ publishers. I also led a soup-to-nuts re-org of my business unit and implemented new tools and processes to better support partners and throughput.

I managed all partnership and revenue products, served as a partner relationship manager, supervised the delivery of partner obligations, served as a liaison between the tech and business teams and oversaw all revenue.

Lulu.com is a pioneer of print-on-demand book platforms. I developed and implemented marketing initiatives, wrote press releases, and coordinated efforts with our PR agency. I also managed the creation and localization of all creator comms across six international markets and served as the product manager in the overhaul of the support messaging system.

Kaye Products designs and manufactures adaptive equipment and mobility aids for kids and adults with disabilities. As the product designer, I worked within manufacturing and production constraints to improve existing products and develop new products from both the commercial and technical perspectives.
