As a finance controller of the International Marketing Directions of L'Oreal - Professional Products, I was prompted to analyse the efficiency of the brands on different levels.Externally, how the markets evolved and how the products reacted to them was my main concern, in order to help in the conception of strategic decisions of high management.Internally, I focused on costs and their optimizations : marketing costs, human resources, production...and produced regular reports for the CFO of the International Marketing Direction.Main tasks included : - Budget and prebudget for the marketing department, with the help of the brands controllers- Cost center reorganization within the different ERPs - Consolidation checks and accuracy reporting- General reporting on the brands financial efficiency on different scale (products/localisation/prospects...) - Monthly detailed reporting for the division CFO and the brands controllers using internal ERPs and Excel ("the book")- Internal billing of marketing costs

After a year as an active member of my video&photo club, I decided to cease the opportunity to take a more important role in it as its finance manager and video production quality controller.I was responsible for recruiting new members, and training them to use Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. I also performed a constant management of on-going projects of the club, whether they were events coverage or more artistic projects.As the finance controller of my club, I was also charge to write regular reports for my school's clubs manager, tidy financial statements and create a three-years investment plan.
