The art of real estate sales and marketing process is unique and it is a privilege. My platform at Cascade Hasson Sotheby's remains unmatched in strategy, creativity, leading edge marketing and exceptional customer service. My experience runs deep in Central Oregon. I was a co-owner of a real estate company from 1999-2008, which merged with Sotheby's in 2008, the most prestigious brand in the world! As a real estate professional I have represented some of the areas finest builders, and many wonderful families, investors, large property owners and friends in successful real estate transactions. I have managed notable projects in Bend, have been involved in residential development, and was involved in the real estate sale of a landmark resort. I continue with many new initiatives. We are the exclusive marketing brokers for the Ochoco Ranch, a 40,000 ac. private game sanctuary and timber property, and continue to pursue a number of ranch opportunities in Central Oregon. We are current owners/developers of a 45ac. multiuse property in Prineville, with a master plan community nearly completed. I represent a builder in Prineville and enjoy a rising market as pressure on inventory in the Bend area continues. My motivation as a realtor is in creating relationships, to share my knowledge and selling my lifestyle living expertise! My love for people comes from a long career with the airlines, and in many avenues of sales.
