I am responsible for developing the human capital necessary to support the achievement of the financial, compliance, and strategic goals of their respective store location, positively contributing to the long-term success of the market, region, and company. I also anticipate and address talent needs through strategic recruiting, staffing, and training. In this position I must also motivate and retain existing talent by anticipating and responding to human resource issues as they arise. I am additionally responsible for developing the leadership skills of Department Managers and Assistant Store Managers and actively coaching the entire store management team. In order to accomplish this, I must have a broad knowledge of human resource legal requirements, trends, and practices and be well aware of their impact on the management and operation of the business. I partner with the Store Manager, studying market trends, and developing short and long-term plans for driving employee engagement and retention in the store. I am expected to model effective communication and leadership in the store, while consistently applying Lowe s policies, management practices, and legal requirements.

Manage and supervise and perform communications-computer systems (C-CS) planning and implementation activities. Manages implementation of C-CS projects and ensures C-CS architecture, configuration and integration conformity. Manage C-CS and services contracts. Develops plans and integrate base C-CS. Perform mission review with customers for architectural integration and impact on C-CS infrastructure. Developed and maintained base assessment blueprints. Evaluate war support and contingency plans to determine impact on C-CS resources. Ensures identification and shortfalls of operability. Verifies project funding, prepares site surveys and inspections. Determines adequacy and correctness of project packages and amendments. Monitor project status and reports to higher headquarters, support and implementing agencies. Assist C-CS implementation teams. Monitors project completion actions and exceptions. Manages C-CS contracts. Administratively manages C-CS contracts. Manages development of statements of work and performance work statements. Informs management of contract status and initiates contract renewal actions. Maintains maintenance of unit agreements file and identifies impact of agreements on unit resources. Maintains planning and implementation source documents consisting of architectures; war, support and contingency plans; agreements; and contracts.
