Material Transactions using Inventory Control Modules within an ERP (of any kind) Material Receipts using Purchase Orders within an ERP (of any kind) and Physical versus ERP stock reconciliation Periodically checking of the internal control system of bonded ware house Communicate with related Merchandising, Commercial, supply chain, Accounts & finance department for all Raw material import and finished goods export operational activities smoothly. Monitor sales of Left-over and wastage and maintain record in a proper way. Ensure monthly store receiving report, monthly shortage or excess report, actual order receiving report in contrast to BOM and yearly inventory report. Manpower planning for all store and conduct training for the employee. Maintain sound correspondence with the suppliers and officials. Maintain store administration like monitoring stock register, daily inventory report accuracy and key record of stuffs performance or activities comparably.
