We offer HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical services across three business units: construction, home services, and facilities solutions. Rob provides executive leadership to the Accounting & Finance, Legal & Risk and Information Technology teams at Lee Company. In addition he partners with other executive team members to develop and implement financial and operational strategies across the organization. Rob also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Lee Company.

The YMCA of Middle Tennessee is one of the largest YMCA associations in the nation, operating 15 wellness facilities in 5 counties with over 3,500 employees and annual revenue in excess of $75 million. In addition, the Y sponsors a host of programs designed to fight chronic disease, close the achievement gap, and eliminate the socio-economic barriers to good health. During his tenure as CFO, Rob provided executive leadership to the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, partnering with the other executive team members and the board of directors to develop and implement financial strategies across the organization. He led approximately 35 staff across three departments: finance, information technology, and mind/spirit ministries, and was responsible for the comprehensive financial management of the Y, including accounting, reporting, grant compliance, financial systems, internal controls, debt facilities, budgeting & forecasting, and cash management.

Ivy Advisory Group was an independent management consulting firm serving closely-held companies. In this capacity, Rob assists clients with business model analysis, business plan design, strategic planning, information management, capital fundraising, and executive coaching. Rob ceased pursuing active engagements in September 2015.

Salix Ventures managed two venture capital partnerships, investing more than $180 million of committed capital in early to mid-stage health care services and health care technology companies. Its limited partners included some of the nation's leading university endowments, corporate pension plans, and financial institutions.

Prior to its demise in 2002, Arthur Andersen LLP, based in Chicago, was the third largest professional services firm in the world, performing auditing, tax, and consulting services for a diverse clientele including many of the world’s largest corporations. The local office of Arthur Andersen, formerly Nashville’s largest accounting practice, was acquired by Ernst & Young LLP in 2002.
