Project: IT TransformationThis project defined and implemented an entirely new IT stack across the business, and involved the removal of many on-premise applications, bespoke APIs and other systems in favour of a cloud-based SaaS model from a single ticketing provider plus other third-party services, generating savings and additional revenues of £20m+ p.a.• Defined the architectural roadmap to the new services, while maintaining backwards compatibility with global resellers already integrated into the legacy platform. • Provided strategic oversight of the new architectural model and associated microservices and APIs, in order to ensure future changes could be implemented at pace and with minimum risk of business interruption.• Communicated the new strategy and vision at all levels within the business from the C-suite to the 3rd party developers involved with implementing the platform.
