I provided quality assurance testing on client-server and stand-alone software used to compile member directories and other information for Native American tribes across the United States and Canada. During my tenure at Tribal Data Resources, I created test cases to measure software functionality and collaborated with developers to confirm and fix bugs and identify the root causes of any performance lags with the software.

I worked in one of Apple's key retail locations, in Palo Alto, CA, providing consumer education as well as on-site technical support for a host of products, including the Mac, iPhone, iPod, and iPad. Within in a year of starting, I rose from an entry-level sales Specialist to Genius, Apple Certified Mac Technician. This jump required weeks of training as well as company certification. In my transition to becoming a Genius I worked as a Family Room Specialist. This role was a transitional role between sales and technical support. I trained and worked with some of the finest people that I still keep in touch with even to this day.
