Seasoned operations executive with extensive experience spanning 23 years in transportation logistics and supply chain management and a flourishing career in eCommerce and food distribution operations for almost a decade.Upon joining FreshDirect, a leading pioneer in home delivery markets providing quality food distribution service to online-based customers, I helped identify and improve existing inefficiencies in warehouse operations for the Produce, Floral and Chill divisions and focused on developing strong business leadership. More recently, I played a role in testing and configuring the new FD Campus systems, driving enhancements throughout the operation using practical approach to engage the team on new initiatives.As a Senior Director, I am tasked to lead the centralized operations for our newly relocated, state-of-the-art 400,000 square-foot warehouse facility and achieve the company's cohesive goals to deliver uptime consistency, provide a more efficient order fulfillment process and position our operations for better overall customer experience.These career experiences helped tailor my formidable background in service operations for both global supply chain and food distribution industries, allowing me to further my professional trajectory while enriching my interpersonal growth over the years.
