This included:• Modeler—Predictive modeling tool using ensemble modeling techniques, including boosted stumps, bagged trees, as well as several forms of regression.• Strategy—Graphical rules-engine, expression language, and simulation tool.• Cluster—Tool for population segmentation and characterization, used primarily for marketing applications.• Discover—Text analytics and discovery tool using reduced dimensionality vector space, self organizing maps and conceptual search technologies.

Taught multiple graduate-level engineering courses. Lectured on: data mining, agile development practices, economics, optimization, UML, semantics, program proof of correctness, finite state machines, relational modeling, and programming theory. Consistently received high marks from student evaluations (available on request).

Recruited, built, and managed FizzyLab’s research team whose text classification technology had the highest reported scores on Reuters-21578 dataset. FizzyLab produced one of the first related content search engines on the web. James Fallows of The Industry Standard, gave FizzLay his "Intelligent Software" award.
