I am the Inventory Control Manager at one of San Francisco's largest and fully licensed and compliant cannabis cultivation facility, State Flower Cannabis. I have implemented the company’s track and trace system to adhere to state regulations with minimal effect to already established cultivation SOPs prior to regulation. I am responsible for ordering, properly assigning, and storing Metrc tags, as well as entering and processing data into Metrc, and interact with state inspectors and regulatory agencies. My efforts have lead the company to successfully pass CalCannabis (CDFA) inspections. Aside from compliance duties, I also perform functions in all aspects of cannabis cultivation, from cloning to harvesting, as well as lead a work crew of five employees in everyday tasks.
