• Bank of America, Plano, TX May 1999 – Nov 2017 Senior Vice President, Reporting & Operational Analytics (2013 - 2017)Led a dedicated team of Analysts and Developers responsible for a host of internal reporting.
• Managed the production of the monthly KPI/KRI & Operational Client Scorecards which included green/yellow/red status indicators, commentaries and go-to-green plans.
• Led the Operations Development Team that converted legacy reports into automated, table driven, self-serve reports and dashboards.
• Redesigned reporting for the Recognition Program (annual budget of 3M). Reports included executive summaries, graphs, charts and detailed metric views.
• Oversaw the team that implemented the Enterprise Data Management Polices for data retention and destruction. Remediated gaps with all physical records. Migrated digital data to approved repositories.
• Delivered geographically driven forecasts & reports to the Site Strategy Department. Improved reporting of excess capacity, associated costs and forecasted space shortages.

• Built-out comprehensive campaign performance reporting, via a.net front-end. Integrated three independent reporting environments into a single comprehensive back-end.
• Expanded responsibilities included automating and standardizing marketing campaign reports for deposits, and credit card, in addition to Home Loans.
• Completed the Marketing Reporting and Marketing Operation transition projects on time and under budget.
• Managed a team of global and stateside developers who developed and supported the Direct Marketing Portal including the “request for work” workflow application.
