From a young age I’ve always been motivated by sales and property. To date I’ve sold well in excess of £100M worth of Real Estate across Commercial and Residential markets. My core focus has always been on building relationships across all levels of businesses, with customers and colleagues, both nationally and internationally. I enjoy fast paced and ever-changing environments, excel under pressure, and consistently exceed targets within a team or independently.As a property developer, I recently completed a project, strategically sourcing, securing, and financing an old property to maximize value and financial return. Through negotiation with suppliers, I ensured industry-standard products and finishes at discounted prices. Business previously saw me in technology and SaaS sales. A major highlight was playing a vital part in the development, refinement, training and launch of a bespoke AI based sales and completion platform for the Property industry. Managing a team to success, I achieved ambitious KPIs within the setting of a new, dynamic, and vibrant start-up business.Outside of work, I enjoy giving back as an ambassador for a charity.
